Returning Online

If you change your mind, you can return items to us in original condition for a refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch. See below on how to return your order.

In-store Orders

We can also accept returns in-store, simply bring your item/s with you and we can process it while you shop. This is a great way to find and exchange for a better size.

Machinery Returns

Decided your new machine is not cutting it, don’t worry. Our team can help you find a better solution for you, we’ll work with you to come to an arrangement that works for everyone.

Policy

At Buxton’s, we offer a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receiving your goods, you can return the products for a full refund. Products will only be refundable if they are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

If the product you purchase is faulty or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate. Any warranty claims will be subject to meeting the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. For more information on your product’s warranty, refer to the information booklets provided and/or the manufacturer’s website.

If the item received is not what was ordered or is in less than satisfactory condition, please email sales@buxtons.net before returning.

How to return your order

To return your order, please download and complete the returns form at the bottom of the page, then send it along with your items to the address listed below. We recommend sending your parcel via a tracked service, as we are not liable for any loss.
