Description
The THRG1 is an aluminium rope grab, for 9 – 13mm diameter rope. The non-aggressive cam is made from one piece of aluminium and is secured by a hex bolt and nyloc nut. A plastic coated steel wire holds the cam captive to prevent loss. Certified to EN567 – Rope Clamps, the THRG1 can also be used as a progress capture component in rigging systems. NB: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of components in a rigging or climbing system. As with most of our tree climbing gear, we individually serial number these rope grabs, to help with inspections and compliance.
