Description
The STIHL HTA 160 is equipped with a powerful EC motor, fueled by STIHL’s AP system lithium-ion batteries, ensuring power and efficiency. Its lightweight, yet sturdy magnesium gear facilitates easy handling, making it perfect for slicing through branches up to 20 cm in diameter.
Adjustable for Precision and Reach
Featuring a professional-grade telescopic shaft, the HTA 160’s length adjusts quickly from 160 to 405 cm, allowing for precise cuts even in the upper reaches of trees, capable of working at heights around 5 meters.
It supports STIHL 3/8″ P and 1/4″ P saw chains, including the 3/8″ P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) and 1/4″ P Picco Micro 3 (PM3), enabling work without hearing protection in noise-sensitive areas.
Designed for Efficiency and Ease
The compact cutting head includes a robust branch hook for easy removal of clippings and a sprocket cover with a levelling bar for precise positioning.
Controls are integrated into an ergonomically optimized handle with an LED display for ease of use. The standard stand protects the motor housing, and the metal mesh air filter enhances engine cooling for extended service life.
Enhanced Comfort for Extended Use
For extended tasks, the optional STIHL RTS backpack system significantly reduces strain while providing ample mobility. STIHL connected professional warranty extension
Extension of professional warranty by 1 year when purchased with selected professional petrol tools and AP System battery tools with a STIHL Smart Connector or Smart Connector 2 A. The iMOW® will receive security updates for at least 24 months after purchase.
