Description
A new accessory that converts the GTA 26 cordless pruner into a small pole pruner, designed for cutting small branches in high work areas around the garden.
The GTA 26 extension cannot be used with any other tools in the AS System. A helmet must be worn when cutting above head height. The GTA 26 extension is designed for occasional domestic use only. It is 1.5m in length and weighs only 1.3kg. Total weight of the GTA 26, AS2 battery and extension is 2.7kg.
Key Features:
Fast, tool-free insertion and removal. The AS2 battery stays in the machine (unlike the telescopic shaft for the HSA 26). This allows for fast switching between working at height and on the ground.
Ergonomic fixed-length aluminium shaft. Lightweight for reduced fatigue, soft grip handle for good control. The bend in the shaft allows the guide bar to be in line with the shaft for reduced tipping during use.
Branch hook. Ideal for removing twigs that get stuck in the canopy.
A safer alternative to using step ladders. Providing all safety measures described in the manual are followed, the extension can be used as a safer alternative to cutting on a raised platform.

Extension of Domestic warranty from 2 to 3 years when purchased with 5 litres of MotoMix®.
