The STIHL AK 30 S Lithium-Ion Battery is a lightweight and high-performance 36V battery, designed for use with all STIHL AK System cordless tools. With a 180 Wh energy capacity and weighing just 1.3 kg, it provides powerful and long-lasting performance for a variety of tasks. The built-in LED charge level indicator allows for easy monitoring of battery life. Compatible with AL 101, AL 301, and AL 500 chargers, it ensures fast and efficient recharging.

Occasions arise whereby warranty periods may be extended / shortened, due to promotional campaigns. Correspondence detailing these changes will be released before the promotion’s active date.
STIHL connected professional warranty extension
Extension of professional warranty by 1 year when purchased with selected professional petrol tools and AP System battery tools with a STIHL Smart Connector or Smart Connector 2 A. MotoMix® fuel domestic warranty extension
Extension of Domestic warranty from 2 to 3 years when purchased with 5 litres of MotoMix®. Domestic customers can now extend warranty cover of selected machines, when purchased along with 5 litres of MotoMix®. The extension must be registered at point of sale by the STIHL Approved Dealer. VIKING to STIHL transition
From 1 January 2019 all VIKING grounds care products were re-branded to become STIHL. Therefore for any warranty enquiries relating to the VIKING product range, please refer to the section labelled STIHL grounds care products.
Security updates
The iMOW® will receive security updates for at least 24 months after purchase.
ADVANCE ProCOM will receive security updates for at least 36 months after purchase.
