This classic sport climbing straight gate biner has I-Beam construction making it very strong and lightweight. It has a clean nose closure to reduce snagging when clipping and unclipping and has a new improved grip and ergonomics to help with full stretch clips. The broad base of the shadow also allows it to be a versatile racking carabiner for wires. The Locksafe gate offers great protection against accidental slippage, with an extra push-up action than the Kwiklock, this is especially important in situations requiring complex-rope running systems.
