Description
The Silky Tsurugi features a very narrow curved saw blade which is suited for pruning dense trees and enables the user to get into tight areas such as the fork of a branch. Silky’s expert engineering means there’s no compromise to either the strength of the blade or its cutting ability. Tsurugi translates to ‘long sword’ in English.
The tooth configuration is a slightly more aggressive cut at 8 teeth per 30mm for a smooth finish when cutting dryer and/or harder wood. The Tsurugi Large Teeth can be identified by its red handle.
A comfortable 2-part handle, enables a replacement blade to be fitted without tools. The saw comes with a specially designed aluminium holster that can be attached to a belt and there are slots for leg straps.
Please note: Tsurugi blades cannot be re-sharpened due to the use of electro-impulse hardening in the manufacturing process.

Silky Saws sold in the UK through Silky Fox Saws and/or its related sales are covered by Silky’s “Limited Lifetime Warranty” against defects in material and construction:
1. The limited lifetime warranty covers errors in material and construction. This does not include damage caused by transportation, misuse, abuse, and/or normal wear and tear on wearing parts.
2. The product must be handed into the nearest sales or service centre to undergo a warranty evaluation. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty.
3. A product that qualifies for warranty assessment will be repaired first, if possible.
4. This warranty applies for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
Silky Fox Saws request that any warranty claim must be accompanied by photographic evidence in the first instance and where necessary damaged items will need to be returned for full evaluation.
