Description
In 2014, Arbortec brought the Breatheflex Chainsaw trousers to the market. Over time, Arbortec has incorporated your feedback and made some improvements. For instance, extra belt loops at the front of the trousers were added to prevent them from riding up or down when wearing a belt. The stiff braces attachment flap on the back of the trousers was also redesigned to have a much smaller and softer surface area.
The Breatheflex Chainsaw trousers from Arbortec are designed to be lightweight, comfortable, and highly breathable, while still providing excellent abrasion resistance and quality blocking material. To achieve this, Arbortec utilized durable yet lightweight materials like Dyneema® and Kevlar® to ensure flexibility for climbing and groundwork, while also ensuring full protection when using a saw. The outer shell of the trousers is made from Climasphere breathable fabrics, which are highly abrasion and snag-resistant. The six-way stretch feature ensures a comfortable and long-lasting chainsaw trouser.
The trousers are available in Type A front protection only, Type A Plus front protection and halfway up the back of the leg and Type C offers all-around protection. Don’t forget to add a pair of Heavy Duty Braces for Chainsaw Trousers.
When cleaning and drying these trousers, make sure to always air dry or hang in an airing cupboard. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
PLEASE NOTE: PPE is essential when using a chainsaw, be sure always to have full protective equipment worn on-site at all times. Don’t risk losing a limb or a life.

- AT4030 – Class 3 (28 m/s) EN 381-5 Type A

Arbortec Warranty
- Our warranty covers all specified items (please below for more infomation) from the point of purchase. This warranty covers faults and defects outside of normal wear and tear, and does not cover misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorised repair. Please note: our warranty does not cover anything resulting as a product of natural wear, or, in the case they have been damaged whilst fulfilling their purpose, e.g. blocking a chainsaw.
- The warranty covers parts such as, stitching, zips, metalwork, and soles.
- Our warranty does not cover second-hand products, embossed or personalised products.
- Issues brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt will be applicable for a refund, exchange or repair at the customers discretion.
- Flexion Global Ltd t/a Arbortec Forestwear reserves the right to offer a repair or replacement at its discretion for items over the 30day period up to the listed warranty period of the item.
- In the unlikely event that a product fails during the warranty period, including all stitching, zips, metalwork, handles or soles, you can return it to us for repair, or in the event that it is unrepairable, a replacement will be provided, so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
- Products replaced or repaired under the warranty are only covered for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product.
