Portawrap Lowering Device

Description

Designed specifically for arborists and intended mainly for sectional tree clearance. Used for controlling the lowering of branches or logs, by wrapping the rigging rope around the body of the portawrap it gives a constant source of friction on the rope, allowing the user to lower large weights safely to the ground. The rope can be tied off to allow the user to move away from the rope and can also be combined with a fiddle block to hoist branches without causing any damage to the tree. Constructed using galvanised steel, offering a long lifespan.
