The Tripod Ladder from Hendon offers a practical, well-designed solution to working at height, from topiary, bush, tree or hedge trimming, to gutter cleaning or painting. The only ladder on the UK market to be tested to BSI EN131 standards, the Tripod Ladder is perfectly suited for professional use on uneven ground or lawns.
With an incredibly stable foundation thanks to its three-leg design and wide base, it will not wobble even on bumpy ground, meaning you can use the Tripod Ladder with complete confidence of your safety. The telescopic third leg allows the ladder to easily straddle shrubs and low fences and walls, making it easy to set up in the ideal working position. Clawed feet add extra grip, while broad double rung steps mean it is comfortable to stand and work on.
The third leg is telescopic, and the ladder easily straddles over shrubs and low fences and walls, so depending on the task you can work face-on with the third leg planted into a hedge, or sideways with the side of the base parallel to the task, giving the perfect working position. A flat top allows you to rest baskets or tools. Made from welded extruded aluminium, the ladder is lightweight yet strong, handling a Safe Working Load of 150kg (330lb).

Hendon Warranty
All Hendon products carry a warranty against defect – guaranteeing that the Goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship and fit for purpose. This cover excludes wear and tear through regular use, and misuse and neglect. Where any valid claim is made for breach of the above Warranty, we will replace the Goods or the part in question free of charge and return the Goods to the Customer, return carriage prepaid by Hendon. So far as any possible further liability of Hendon is concerned it shall only be liable for losses that are foreseeable, but if the Goods are used for business purposes Hendon will not be liable for any economic or consequential losses, costs or damages.
Any claim for breach of the above Warranty shall be notified to the Company within a reasonable time after discovery.
