Description
The ISC Mongoose karabiner has a triple lock action supersafe gate, making accidental opening of the gate almost impossible, but once mastered can be easily installed with one hand. With a very large gate opening and area, the Mongoose works well with all climbing ropes up to 13mm. The acute basket guides the rope or sling towards the strong spine of the biner whilst the small crotch area has been designed to help prevent the carabiner from rotating and resulting in side loading.
Each individual karabiner is constructed from high-quality aluminium and has an anodised finish to reduce corrosion resistance. They also have an individual identification number, making for easy traceability and testing.
