Revolver Wiregate Karabiner

Description

The DMM Revolver Wiregate karabiner offers a revolutionary method on the way karabiners work, with its rolling friction rather than sliding friction as in a normal karabiner when the rope runs over the karabiner bar. In the case of the Revolver, the rope runs over the pulley wheel, meaning that much less friction is created. With a lower profile gate than others in the DMM family, the Revolver Wiregate works well where the connector needs rotating or inverting within a small eye loop or where a locking karabiner is not required.

The Revolver Wiregate can be transported on the harness or in a pocket, weighs very little and is best used as an addition to PPE rather than as a replacement in work and rescue situations.
